Through assessments and evaluations, CGL offers opportunities for people to understand the state of leadership in their teams and organizations. These research based evaluations offer insight into the numbers of good leaders and the areas where each target group excels or needs added support.
The CGL Lunches are perfectly curated lunch experiences that offer small groups of leaders to explore good leadership and how they can leverage the skills individually or as part of teams. They are great development opportunities for group mentoring or business teams.
The CGL Workshops are 2-hour learning opportunities where leaders explore specific good leadership traits and best practices for developing them. They host 10-50 attendees at a time.
The CGL Conferences are 1-3 day events that offer leaders from various disciplines to learn about good leadership and formulate plans to improve their leadership abilities.
The CGL Retreats are getaway experiences that allow leaders to separate themselves from daily activities and focus on developing their leadership potential. Most times, the Center for Good Leadership acts as a host in partnership with various organizations.
In partnership with the Children's Leadership Initiative under Aderonke Foundation, the center offers good leadership training to children ages 6-18 at their schools. Its goal is to start leadership development at early stages and foster a culture of good leadership.
