About Us

The Center for Good Leadership is on an mission to increase the numbers good leaders globally. Through leadership assessments, roundtables, lunches, seminars, conferences, retreats, and partnerships with universities and other public and private institutions, the center works to ensure that leaders across the world understand what it means to be good leaders and are positioned to develop and leverage their potential as good leaders. 


We offer a different perspective on common leadership challenges.

Our Team of Consultants

Dr. Addie

Dr. Aderonke Kujore Adelekan is a leadership development consultant, researcher, and author with 23 years of experience designing, developing and implementing leadership development programs globally. In the earliest days of her career she focused on leading projects and programs in the government, technology and financial services industries including serving as Chief Operating Officer of AVF Consulting and Director of Technology at Jitasa Group.

More recently, she has been dedicating her time and efforts to helping to develop a new generation of good leaders who are ready and equipped to ethically and effectively improve their organizations and communities at large.

Dr. Addie attended International School University of Lagos, received her undergraduate degree in Information Systems from Howard University in Washington, DC, an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia. She also received a certificate in public leadership from the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance, and is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.

Dr. Addie is also the author of several adult and children’s books on leadership, project management and other life topics. She is the recipient of several awards including the Peak Humans of Change Award and the United Nations Women in Leadership Award. In her leisure, Dr. Addie rides horses, travels, plays basketball and enjoys theater and live jazz.

Dr. TeaJay

 Dr. Tejiri Jerry Chunu is a master facilitator and leadership architect with over 24 years of experience designing and delivering high-impact training and coaching programs. He specializes in developing leadership pipelines, enhancing strategic communication, and building resilient, value-driven cultures within organizations, families, and youth communities.


His expertise empowers institutions to cultivate tomorrow's leaders and navigate complex intergenerational dynamics.

Dr. Hana

Dr. Hana Imoisili is a visionary educational leader with 19 years of experience dedicated to advancing excellence, equity, and people-centered leadership. For the past eight years, she has served as an effective and impactful leader, guiding schools and organizations through meaningful, sustainable change.

She earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California, where she strengthened her focus on transformational leadership, organizational effectiveness, and systemic improvement. Dr. Hana is deeply committed to the principles of servant leadership, leading with humility, integrity, and a steadfast belief in the inherent value of every individual—regardless of role or status.

Known for building cultures of trust, collaboration, and high expectations, Dr. Hana empowers others to lead, grow, and thrive. Her work continues to inspire educators, develop leaders, and create learning environments where people and potential are elevated.
